CityU ranked 5th in the 2013 QS Top 50 Under 50 University Rankings 2012/2013 ( i.e. universities founded in 1963 or after) by Quacquarelli Symonds Limited. CityU also ranked 12th in Asia, and 4th in Hong Kong.
