A new taught postgraduate programme will be offered by the College of Business in the 2014-2015 academic year. The debut of the EMBA (Chinese) Programme (EMBA 中文班) was held in the Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Beijing, China on Saturday, 14th December.
Prof. Wenyu Dou, Programme Director of the EMBA Chinese Programme and Associate Dean of the College of Business, gave a lively lecture exploring different methods of utilizing social media marketing, more specifically on how to build client relationships through responsive and prompt interactions. Potential consumers can experience service quality through two-way communication channels online, thus creating a positive effect on the company brand and perceived product quality.
The programme aims and course curriculum were introduced in detail; over a hundred senior executives attended the debut, learning about the programme structure and the diverse course options available.
