The Executive Education unit continues to organize innovative and tailored training programmes, furthering CB’s deep collaboration with HNA Capital. In the latest such event Dr Yanni Yan Mingping, Director of Executive Development (International Programmes) and Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing, welcomed 18 executives from various subsidiaries of HNA Capital to a 10-day intensive training course on 24th March.
The two-part course held at the Chan Hok Yan Multimedia Studio, Academic 1, aimed at enhancing management skills and market knowledge. Activities included lectures, company visits to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Thomson Reuters, and Bank of Communications (Hong Kong Branch), and a final report presentation.
On the final day of the programme, the students were divided into four groups; each group delivered a 30-minute presentation on a chosen business management topic. The project supervisors were Dr Wilson Chan Fung-cheung, Dr Don-hau Fung, and Dr Xueping Wu.
Prof Wenyu Dou, Associate Dean of the College of Business, presented the Programme Completion Certificates to the students on 26th April.
