Department of Economics and Finance celebrates new office move

The Department of Economics and Finance (EF) hosted an opening ceremony on 22nd December 2017, to celebrate the relocation of its Department Office to 9/F, Lau Ming Wai Academic Building.

Prof Houmin Yan, Dean of the College, gave his opening remarks, “It is pleasure to see the EF Department has finally moved to the new office, making all six Departments and the College are now under the same roof. 2017 is a remarkable year for the College, as we have accomplished many positive steps, including the restructuring of undergraduate programmes curriculum, and the external accreditation review. Let us continue the good work in 2018, and together create a prosperous future of the College.”

Prof Yue Ma, Yeung Kin Man Chair Professor of Finance and Head of the Department, and colleagues from the College and six departments also attended the ceremony.
