College of Business hosts Executive Sharing Forum
The College of Business hosted its first Executive Sharing Forum on 25 July, organised by the CB4605 Business Consultancy Project course students. The event brought together faculty, students, and industry leaders to engage in valuable discussions on business transformation.

The highlight of the forum was the panel discussion featuring three distinguished senior executives, including Mr Alan Chan, Chief Brand Officer, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, Mr Anthony Tsang, Head of Marketing & Digital (Greater China Region), Oriental Watch Company, and Ms Maggie Poon, Head of Group Corporate Communications at NWS Holdings Ltd. These industry leaders shared their insights and experiences navigating business transformation challenges within their respective sectors. The event also featured a showcase of the students' work from the CB4605 course and a roadshow booth from Zenyum (HK) Ltd.
Thanking the panelists, Professor Xu Zheng, BBA Global Business Programme Leader, said "Your insights have inspired many of us and will undoubtedly contribute to the professional development of our students."

Pui-ying Lau, a BBA Global Business student, was delighted to have the opportunity to moderate the panel discussion, sharing that the importance of agility and active listening skills in facilitating an insightful and impactful event.
Professor Lambert Chan, BBA Global Business Deputy Programme Leader and CB4605 Course Leader, expressed his appreciation to the students and industry partners for their participation. He also introduced the new CB4606 Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project course, a collaborative offering with the HKUST Business School, encouraging students to explore alternative career paths beyond traditional industries.
