Chaoyu Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Decision Analytics and Operations, College of Business at the City University of Hong Kong. Before joining CityU, she received her Ph.D. from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and Bachelor's degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Her research focuses on data-driven operations aimed at addressing fundamental challenges across diverse fields, including resilient supply chain management and healthcare issues.
