Biography

Dr. Leping Wang is an Adjunct Professor in finance at City University of Hong Kong. He is currently active in the hedge fund industry, managing systematic CTA investment strategies. He has previously worked at investment banks such as Citigroup and Barclays in Hong Kong and Singapore, where he gained extensive experience in quantitative investment. Before entering the industry, he served as an assistant professor in finance at Singapore Management University, focusing on research areas such as asset pricing, quantitative investment, macro strategy, and risk management. 

Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, a M.S. in Statistics from University of Maryland, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Fudan University.
