Jonathan is a seasoned professional trainer with a deep passion in education and training for talent development.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom.  In his early years of working at Ernst & Young and Kaplan Financial Limited, he dedicated himself in education and training of prospective accountants by designing and delivering training programmes to both corporates and individuals.  He has earned the accolade as a Star Lecturer in the market for his outstanding performance in teaching and training over the years.  In his subsequent role as a senior executive of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants for 16 years or so, Jonathan tirelessly steered the continual growth and development of CPAs via the professional qualification programme and continuous professional development, in the capacity building of talent pool for the sustainable future of Hong Kong.  As the senior teaching fellow at CityUHK, Jonathan will deploy his rich expereince in teaching as well as extensive networking in the industry to continue his mission of providing top-quality accountancy education to students for their career planning and personal development.
