Ms. Louise Chan is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry and a veteran in risk management and compliance.  She has been the Head of Compliance, Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Key Person in Compliance of a few major international financial institutions.

Louise possesses excellent stakeholder management skills, and with her full spectrum of experience in the risk and compliance area, she is instrumental in providing advice to the managing board and senior management.  In addition, Louise is a qualified mediator with excellent conciliation and dispute resolution skills and has been appointed Regulatory Liaison Officer to liaise and negotiate with the regulators.

Apart from her commercial experience, Louise has been actively involving in tertiary education.  Before joining City University of Hong Kong, she was the Lecturer of the Department of Law of The University of Hong Kong.
