Biography
Shi Tang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at City University of Hong Kong. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. Her research focuses on the psychological underpinnings of top management decision-making and their strategic implications. She especially attends to issues such as diversity, inclusion, and equality at the organization's upper echelons. At CityU, Shi teaches courses on corporate social responsibility at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
